Chinese New Year was a balance of good and bad, yin and yang, black and white. get the picture?

the negative sides first;

1. i cant take an extended overseas leave. which is fcuked up. plain and simple. pissed? yeah i am

2. my leg still hurts like crazy. i cant emphasize just how bloody effing painful it can feel. sleeping at night is a hassle, cos i cant keep my legs in one position for long, as it will start to hurt. imagine a scalpel, stick it deep inside your sinewy muscle area, and twist it. that's how it feels. so don't fuck with me these next few weeks.

3. i still can't continue my "sundown training programme"

4. i can't run and can't walk so good. it's like im house without the cane.

5. i noticed that points 2,3 and 4 are almost the same.

now, for the positives;

1. had churros from alegro's. have to say they were pretty good. however, i kinda thought they would be larger. ah well

2. had dinner with lela aka "kak" at botak jones clementi. you see, i was always telling her to go eat at botak jones cos the food was so good, gave her directions and all and she still got lost. so we decided to just eat there before working at night (: had an awesome time talking about other people and seeing how this one guy eat like a pig. lol!

3. had an even awesome time working with kak this past 2 shifts. she understood that i couldnt really walk well and helped me carry some stuff and helped me report in the matra when i was busy at the back of the alfa (ambulance). we had some very nice chats and shared stuff. it's like having family at work. like an older sibling i never had but wished i did. was feeling kinda guilty that she had to work abit more and share my responsibility, but she didn't blame me. thanks sis!
