Poly50 friends' gathering
Went for small Poly50 cum Angela's Bday Celebration outing on Saturday. However, Angela couldn't make it due to her injury sustained from her sports fiesta captain's ball match.
Angela! Get well soon so that you can join us in other outings!

It's been a week since Poly50.
Actually i wanted to blog pics of that event, however...

I don't mind the cold. I like it. I do mind the dark and depressing weather. I hate it.

*went to school just now to support angie for her cball. team baluku jia u! angie hurt sprained her ankle in the process. angie, keep your feet moving, apply warm pressure on the pain spot. it will hurt, but it will hurt less in the long run. and try to not appy to much pressure on your ankle in the meantime, though i think quite impossible, with your matches the next day. be careful k?
seriously, i don't feel like going back to school without a proper reason, as it feels too unfamiliar, alien, even unwelcoming? there'll always be people i want to see at school, but school itself seems empty. avoid. i would gladly come to visit angela, kelly or any of the gls, or to go down and jog with xt, ben, kas and ts, but other than that. avoid. Parting gift
no goodbyes no farewells; just 'see you later's
Poly50. Team CLSA 1, aka CLSA Earthquake, got 1st place for the Alumni category. 1hr 16min 43sec. A new record. Team CLSA 2, aka CLS Tsunami, got 6th place. As Aaron said, that is nothing to be ashamed about. And Both teams, aka the Earthnami, won something far greater and priceless. Bonds of friendship.
The dinner at Swensens' Marina Square was memorable in more ways than one. Was so extremely happy. I will never forget that day and night. 110707. But as usual, i hate the end. The partings. I hugged every single one of the guys. Didn't want to let go.

Tomorrow, most of my brothers will be going in to NS. I don't want to put their names down one by one, because i am not too sure of my willpower to not break down right here and now.
In one day, i fell apart too many times. And a few more close shaves.
I feel scared. This sudden change. So many familiar faces, my brothers, all going at the same time. How i wish that i could have gone in with them at the same time, so at least we're facing this fear together. Things won't be the same anymore.

i wanna break every clock, the hands of time can never move again
Tonight, me and weiyou were chatting on MSN. It felt different. Usually, we'd be stabbing each other like nobody's business.
But tonight just felt different, wrong, heavy. He was telling me that he will find it hard not to cry. I was telling him that just by chatting with him, i nearly cried.
But we both agreed, that if we ever were to cry, it would be after the race. I wouldn't be ashamed of crying in front of them. I would give all of them a hug, and cry.
It's so hard tonight. Please give me, and more importantly them, the energy to face tonight and tomorrow with strength.
Grant us the willpower to not let our tears fall. Not tonight.
Why did fate let them go first and leave me behind?

Yesterday
Met xt and lon at Bugis. We all took the same train together. How qiao could that be? Walked around Bugis, then headed off to the Army Market. Met Kas, Yi wei and Oth. The guys were buying their army sutff for this friday. Haiz. Was trying not to be low when they were buying their stuff.
I always did want to be a soldier. Ever since i was small. But i guess, that will just stay a small kids dream.
Was laughing all the way. From pressing the Karang Guni horn, to competing who would eat the ice cream first, to teasing and stabbing all the way back to Dover. It was fun. Crr-aacckk (:
Had our last poly50 training together. 4 rounds around the route. 5 50m sprints. I gave it my all, and noticed that i had to tighten my shoelaces if i want to go any faster without slipping. Static training. And last but not least, the Team Cheer.
In a way, it was really very emotional. I think everybody felt it, but neither one really said it.
All of us then went to have dinner at Mr.Prata after first buying our bubbleteas (Honey Milk Tea!). The food was, well, so so, but the people and the atmosphere made it quite the dinner. Laughter all around. I can't really put it into words, but it was awesome. Sadly, it was going to be our last dinner in a while though.
Today
Things to do for tomorrow!
1. Make sure jersey and pants are clean, pressed and ready.
2. Make sure ankle socks are ready.
3. Leave shoes in the open and untie the shoelaces for proper fitting tomorrow.
4. Get adequate rest.
5. Keep moving legs by doing simple stretching exercises.
6. Eat proper food.
7. Send comments to all running mates (Done)
I dunno how to say. I wish it would never come, and there would be endless trainings. But somehow, i wish it would come, so that i can prove myself, and make a mark.
Tomorrow
The day that we have trained for so hard. Tomorrow, im not holding back. Tomorrow, im going to pull out all the stops. I wanna win something for the team. B.A.N.K.A.I. We trained all we can. Let's prove it tomorrow!

070707. Ed jokingly said i would die on this day. I seriously told xt and marlon that if i did die, what i wanted to say will be in my hp drafts.
But Ed, i didn't die, so __
Went for poly50 training in the morning. And in rained. Of all the days it rained on a day where i had to wake up early! The world is playing one of its cruel assed ironic jokes.
Attendance was; Ts, xt, me, lon, yi wei, kas, yenwei, ben, oth. And jun hao made us do static training cos we couldnt run for nuts due to the rain.
After that, went to lunch at fc5. Half ate Pizza Hut. Another half ate KFC. Crappings all around.
After lunch, went to play volleyball. And Frisbee. And Basketball! Weather was a killer! Tian =x
Played Tennis for the 1st time. Honestly, we were all horrible. Lol. But had loads of fun!
4plus, me xt and lon went to shower to get ready for small class gathering.
5plus, went to fc4 to eat desert.
Reached cityhall around 6, and walked2 around marina square. Topshop!
Darren and Lyn came. Turnout was not that good. But it was so long that we didnt see them, and catched up on old times while eating secret recipe. Thank you to the rest for asking the restaurants whether it was halal or not. Touched (:
Then went to walk2 around. Marlon bought some clothes. Hehe. Went to NUM. Saw a pair of nice flipflops, white with brown straps. V.nice, but easily dirty though.
Finally Darren had his ice cream fix at haagen daz? Lol. The strawberry flavor was very nice.
Then, off we went to a small pub at CHIJMES. I DID not drink. Honest. Dun believe can ask my friends. The ambience at the place was very nice. If i had my own home, one of the rooms shall be modelled like that. Low lighting with nice comfy sofas.
Had to leave early though.

more than meets the eye
Watched Transformers just now.. Holy shit it was awesome! Noisy and funny and action packed! I felt like a small kid again! It's every fanboys' dream. Nearly cried tears of happiness upon seeing the movie. HAHA.
Warning: IF i sound like a geek/nerd, gushing over cartoons and toys of transforming robots, it's due to a fact that i am a geek/nerd for Transformers!

Then off the 3 of us went to Airport to drink coffee, eat and chill. I miss the airport! I love the airport! Especially the big Arrival time information board thing. Lol.
Took the last train back home. And once again i wish that time would move slower, or never move at all. Haha. Time extension. Infinity Time!

This is Ironhide. In vehicle form he is a GMC pickup truck. Weapons specialist of the Autobots. Gruff, but intensely funny. Especially the chihuahua part. LOL.
Jazz. In vehicle form, he is a Pontiac Solstice. Fast, agile and very maneuvarable. It was very sad seeing him fight with Megatron (aka NBE-1)
The Big Kahuna. Optimus Prime! Vehicle form he is an 18 wheeler.Very heroic, and in some parts, very funny too. Like when he stepped on Sam's flowers in his yard. "Oops, my bad". AND, his voice is the same as from the cartoon series. When i first heard him talk, i was like, "Oh my tian! It's him!"
My most favorite Autobot of all the 5. Bumblebee! Haha. At first he was disguised as a classic Chevrolet Camaro, but after kana suan by the girl, he changed into the 2007 series of Camaro. Yellow with black racing stripes. COOL! In the original cartoons, he was a Volkswagen Beetle though. But in this movie, he was so damn awesome! Especially the part where he 'lubricated' the section 7 guy.
My most favorite Autobot of all the 5. Bumblebee! Haha. At first he was disguised as a classic Chevrolet Camaro, but after kana suan by the girl, he changed into the 2007 series of Camaro. Yellow with black racing stripes. COOL! In the original cartoons, he was a Volkswagen Beetle though. But in this movie, he was so damn awesome! Especially the part where he 'lubricated' the section 7 guy.
There's another Autobot, called Ratchet. Unfortunately, i couldn't find a decent picture of him. In the movie, he was a modified Hummer H2 Search and Rescue Vehicle.
I would watch this movie many times over just to see the Transformers transform. And to see Bumblebee. He is just wicked sick. Especially the part where Sam wanted to pick up the girl for a ride. And when he was chasing Sam around.
However, the next movie to look forward to, " Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix " (:

I bought a new ball today. However, i didn't know that i would have to pick it up from the back of my net 4 times.
I'm sorry that i just wasn't good enough. My first time taking captaincy and we lost heavily. I feel as if i let the team down, letting in 3 soft goals.
2 of those goals were scored by the person i hate most from EEE. I don't know his name, but i swear to god if i see his face, i dunno what i'll do.
EEE played rough til Nasir got red-carded, and Zai lost his temper. They went in feet first. The referee made some very bad calls. One of those included Asaph's goal, which would have been the turnaround.
When i tried to apologize on MSN for todays' performance to the rest of the team, tears nearly came to my eyes. I was that low. If only i was better. If only...
However, there were highs too:
Jason gave a Man-of-the match performance yet again. Thank you.
Asaph, for tt wonderful long range disallowed goal. Inspirational. Thank you.
Marlon. Bro, congrats for your first goal! One of the bright sparks of the whole match. You get better with every match. Thank you.
