napfa
thursday, went for NAPFA test in the morning..to tell the truth, i wasnt feeling highly confident..in fact i was downright scared shitless..but i wanted to know i did my best before failing something, so i went..
first feared station..pull ups.. amazingly, i did 5!!! when i was doing, the counter didnt count out loud, so i thought i was screwed.. but when i let go n just walked away, he said, 5!...amin.
2nd feared station.. the standing broad jump.. i think the training at the gym really paid off de..
3rd and ultimate feared station..2.4km.. i was so scared by it, cos if i were to get an insufficient grade, all my effort would be worthless.. so the first 3 rounds were ok, six minutes.. but then the next few rounds were hell.. my right foot was giving me probs, hurt like hell every time i landed..and i felt like giving up n crying ah, but whenever i felt that way, i just closed my eyes and ran.. in the end.. i Survived!!!
PASS!! and got a crumpler pouch to boot.. but its significance means so much more.. it means that i didnt give up, and more imptly, i wont see the inside of an army camp sooner than expected, hopefully..haha..
woke up, body ached, haha, my foot still hurts a heck lot..yet today went to pei my cousin for his reg thingy..actually my main reason for going was just to make sure he went to CLS FO CAMP!!! hahaha..stood outside the door, then at first saw kelly,then angela, then cindy, then charlotte, then lawrence,then mark, then ah jin ( AH JIN AH, WELCOME TO POLYMER!!! =) )..muahaha..then linus, then edmund.. i think i dint see meiyu.. heard she was sick..get well soon! haha..
then intro-ed my cousin to my two sisters..and to the other GLS.. btw, the GLS are a fun bunch of ppl la.. one day just being in the same room with them, i can understand the bond they have, haha.. so, slacked2 there til the end of the day, and went home, tired, yet happy..
p.s, my dear mei has lost her adidas watch.. to the kind soul that has found it, would you pls give it to the SAA or something.. it means a lot to her.. please..ur kind act will be greatly appreciated? mei, cheer up k? if its meant to be found, it will be de =)
